Pre-workout snack recipe
- 1 tbsp Energy Bomb Mix
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup almonds
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until sticky and roll into balls.
- Store in the fridge.
