This vegan chia pudding recipe contains three health-boosting superfood mixes: Magic Mushroom for stress-busting adaptogens and rich cacao, Plant Collagen for creamy vanilla deliciousness plus skin-loving superfoods, and Super Brew for a productivity boost. MOCHA CHIA PUDDING RECIPE
Serves 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 tsp* Super Brew Mix
• 2 tsp Magic Mushroom Mix
• 2 tsp Plant Collagen Mix
• 1 cup plant-based milk
• ⅓ cup chia seeds
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ⅛ sea salt (optional)
*For a stronger coffee taste, use 2 tsp Super Brew Mix.
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all ingredients except the chia seeds to a medium-sized jar and stir to combine.
- Add chia seeds and stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Stir well and enjoy!
