APPLE CINNAMON OATMEAL
SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE
- 1 tsp Energy Bomb mix
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 cup oats
- 1½ cups water
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp chopped dates
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- toppings (optional)
- Combine all of the ingredients (except the Energy Bomb) in a small pot.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning or sticking.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Energy Bomb mix.
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings, if desired, and serve.
SUPER TIP: Add a tablespoon of almond butter to make it even creamier!
