2 tsp Grateful Gut Mix

1 avocado ½ tomato, diced 

1/4 red onion, chopped 

1/4 lemon, juiced salt, and pepper, to taste 


1. Mash avocado until you achieve desired consistency. 

2. Add tomato, red onion, lemon juice, and Grateful Gut Mix

3. Stir until combined. 

4. Season with salt and pepper.
