Orange, Carrot & Ginger Smoothie Recipe
2 tsp Golden Mellow Mix
1 orange, juiced
1 large carrot, washed and roughly chopped
½ lemon, juiced
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 ½ cups water
In a medium pan, bring 1 ½ cup water to a boil.
Place the 1 1/2 boiled water, 1 cup of room temperature water, and all the remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
