And we think everyone should drink more of them! Follow our step-by-step guide to build the perfect smoothie. It will not only help you reap all the healthy benefits, you’ll also nail the taste test every time. Let’s get blending!


STEP 1: BASE 

We’re all about that base! Choose the perfect liquid for your smoothie: water, tea, plant-based milk, juice or coconut water — the options are endless.


STEP 2: FRUIT

What would a smoothie be without the fruit?! Add your favorite kind and don't forget to be creative! We like bananas, mangos, pineapple, berries, oranges, pears...even adding a citrus flavor like lime or lemon adds a super fresh taste!  


STEP 3: VEGGIES

The best way to sneak in some veggies - simply blend them into your smoothie! It doesn’t get easier than drinking your greens. Try using spinach, kale, romaine lettuce, cucumber...


STEP 4: SUPERCHARGE 

Choose your favorite superfood mixes to add for an extra nutritional boost! 7 functional mixes to choose from... whether you want more immunity, energy, healthier skin, better digestion - there is something for everybody! And yes you can add 2, 3 even 4 different mixes to one smoothie!


STEP 5: OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Feel free to add extras to your smoothie to enhance the flavor with for example vanilla and cinnamon or amp up the nutritional value with coconut oil, seeds, and nut butter.

Easy as that! Just remember that Your Super mixes can be added to smoothies,
but also can be added to: water, juice, nut milk, yogurt, oatmeal, and savory meals like hummus, dips, dressing, avocado toast, pasta sauce or even popcorn!
